Milo is a restaurateur whom Karen dated shortly after leaving Stan.

Milo is the charming and smooth-talking owner of Milo's Ristorante.
Karen asks him on a date after the two flirt at his restaurant. Karen recalls that at the end of the date he kisses her goodnight and promises to call but never does. His affections to Karen prove to be ingenuine as he later admits to Grace that he only wanted Karen to have a good time and not really interested in her because she is "too old" for him (though they are the same age). He is later seen kissing a much younger girl in front of Grace.
