Nancy is a girl at school whom Elliot had a crush on. She is also his first kiss.

Nancy has two mothers, one of which she says is gay.
Though she seems to like Elliot a lot, Nancy went to the school dance with Randy Varner because he had asked first. However, Randy soon left after he accidentally ate a peanut which caused an allergic reaction. After Jack's dance routine in front of the students embarrassed Elliot, Nancy comforted him at the hallway and shared about her two moms. She also tells Elliot how good Jack's dancing actually was. They ended up slow dancing on the dance floor.[1]
At the basketball tournament, Nancy runs into Elliot and they talk. Nancy ends up giving Elliot his first kiss.[2]
